We are incredibly proud to present this Auction lot from one of Guatemala’s most prestigious farms, Finca El Injerto. The estate has impressively won the Cup of Excellence in Guatemala 7 times. This particular lot is Pacamara, a distinctive varietal known for particularly large, elongated beans. The greatest feature of this coffee is its complexity. This is far from the overly fermented, ‘funky’ coffees that are infamous with high prices now, however, you can expect elegant notes of Apricot and high quality chocolate, supported by a voluptuous mouthfeel. This is possibly the perfect example of how complex a Washed, Central American coffee can be, and one not to miss.
