One of our favorite and fastest selling coffees year after year returns. The intensity and vibrant complexity in the cup offers a truly unique coffee tasting experience. Andres and his family are proud and excited to offer us this coffee each year, and the dedication pays off as we see it get better with each harvest. Coffee cherries are placed in aluminum tanks without oxygen for 7 days. Once the pH reaches 3.8, they remove the coffee to begin drying. The cherries are constantly moved whilst drying to avoid any over-fermented flavors to come through in the cup.
