For our second time we present this single-farmer lot from Alemayehu Daniel. This was a standout coffee for us the first time we released it, and it can hopefully continue with the fresh harvest. Alemayehu continues his father’s legacy alongside his brothers on his land, and now that he has his own export license, can offer this single producer lot to us now. He has since won numerous awards from the government for the quality of his coffee. Expect a classic natural Yirgacheffe flavor profile, with ripe strawberry, citrus and floral notes.
