Gicherori is a classic, complex Kenyan coffee offering the bright and syrupy sweet flavor profile that we want from them. The coffees from Gicherori, much like a lot of other Kenyans, are first dry-fermented before being washed and graded in traditional channels. The coffees are then dried on raised beds, where the slow drying times allow for maximum flavor to impact the green beans. This processing gives us plenty to work with in the roastery to produce a flavorful and intense cup profile, ideal for both a bright and refreshing filter coffee, or a unique and fruit-forward espresso.
