This is our first time offering an Anaerobically processed coffee from Ethiopia and we are astounded by the vibrancy of flavor present in the cup. The combination of such pronounced flavor characteristics are highlighted through experimental processing and these coffees are known for performing well in competitions. It is also great to see that these unique processing methods are being used in Ethiopia, as it can often be a large risk to ensure the coffee tastes good. We are incredibly excited to share such an outstanding example of the potential of flavor that can still be achieved in the birthplace of coffee.
