This Anaerobic Natural coffee comes from Jhon Samboni, a producer we have been proud to work with numerous times over the last years. Jhon’s farm sits at over 2000masl, high in the town of Buenavista in the region of Algecira. Jhon is constantly investing back into his farm, introducing new varietals and processing methods, his plan has always been to do what he can to improve the living conditions of his family and employees. This is a specially prepared lot to show the potential that fermentation can bring to coffee, bringing bold Strawberry-like flavours, as well as deep and layered notes of Cocoa.
