For the third year we are honored to offer this exceptional coffee from Carlos Montero’s prized Adrubal lot. This particular lot was first purchased by Carlos’s parents, he recalls helping pick cherry here as a child. The lot was eventually passed down to Carlos’ sisters before Carlos then eventually was able to purchase it for himself and is his most prized lot ever since. This lot is processed by Jacob, Carlos’ son, as a Natural, where he pays extra attention to ensure the cherries are moved constantly to help reduce any over-fermentation. This results in a sweet, clean and intense final cup profile.
