This is our second year offering this outstanding Anaerobic lot from Las Laderas Del Sol. Andres Navarro and his team ensure that only the ripest cherries are chosen for this particular process. The sugar content of the cherries is checked regularly to find the optimum point of harvest. The cherries are then placed in new aluminium tanks without oxygen for 7 days before placing them on raised drying beds with constant movement whilst the cherries still contain more moisture. The intense and fruit forward profile of this coffee stands out for us on the cupping table, and we are proud to offer this special coffee with you now.
