We first tasted Tessema Edima’s coffee as one of the winning lots at the first Operation Cherry Red Auction, impressing with its exceptional clarity of flavour. This is now our second year buying this spectacular coffee. The coffee that Tessema grows is in an almost wild environment, his attention to the picking and maintenance of his crops result in a special coffee in the region. The cherries are delivered to the Aricha Washing Station where they are processed separately to offer this single farmer production.
