Pan de Azúcar is the farm owned and managed by Orlando Beltran, a long-term producer who’s family have deep connections to coffee growing in this region. Orlando is incredibly proud that he can help himself and his family with the support from his production. The farm is located high in the mountains, giving perfect environment for these wonderfully complex and sweet coffees. The Varietal - Pink Bourbon, is one of our favourites across our team here in the Roastery, offering incredibly sweet and floral taste profiles, perfect for bright and fruity espressos, as well as juicy and exciting filter coffee!
