In our continued search for a spectacular coffee, we once again go to Colombia and the Sugarcane Decaf process. After the resounding success of our washed lot from El Carmen, we are now happy to also offer a Natural Processes version from the Villamaria Association. The additional fermentation adds a more intense and sweet profile than our washed lot, offering a unique take on our decaf offerings.
