Very rarely a coffee comes to our Roastery that truly blows us away, but this Naturally Processed Geisha does just that. This lot was planted as an experiment 4 years ago and this harvest was its first yield. William Mora only produces naturals at his wetmill, and we love the vibrant, fruit-forward profile that he is able to produce. The Geisha cherries are dried in small, volcano shaped mounds where the increased mass of cherries encourages more fermentation, bringing complexity to the final cup. This coffee is the perfect example of the reward that comes from an experimental project by coffee producers.
