This is a wonderfully sweet and intense lot from the famous Caballero farm! We have been buying from Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. The family farms are located in the South-East of Honduras, all surrounding their central mill where the cherries are delivered. They do both separate farm production, as well as this lot, which is a blend from the surrounding farms, usually due to a lower yield from each picking, this way we can continue to guarantee incredible quality, but in a larger volume. This coffee gives us everything we want from a washed Honduran coffee, with bold, brown sugar sweetness, gentle, ripe-fruit acidity and creamy texture, perfect for espresso and filter.
