For the new year, we are proud to offer this coffee from William Mora and his Family. Their focus is always on wild, naturally produced coffees, and they were one of the pioneers of pushing the boundaries of natural coffees in Costa Rica, and this has resulted in some of our favorite coffees each year. La Laguna is located high in Los Santos, and still has views of the pacific ocean. This particular lot is produced Anaerobically in sealed tanks for 48-60 hours, before being moved to raised beds to dry for at least 25 days, resulting in intense, rich and complex cup profiles.
